Shipping Responsibility

Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or product:

In some cases, we offer free size exchanges — email us if your item doesn’t fit, and we’ll see what we can do.
Order Cancellations
Due to our fast, automated processing system:

You can only cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

After that, the order is already being prepared and cannot be canceled.
If you notice any mistakes (such as the wrong size or address), contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before it ships.

If you’re in the EU, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, your original payment method will be credited within 10 business days.
